Firstly, we must accept an issue or something that needs addressing and fixing is present. Do not just let yourself be ok with a problem, find a way to deal with it and come up with solutions.

Secondly, we have to make sure that things are being implemented/put in place to clear up your mind and head. To do this you need at least 7 to 8, even 9 hours of sleep a night. Your mind does not function properly if you get less sleep than this, keep that in mind as it is vital to our overall health. There are many helpful methods found online and on YouTube about how to get better quality sleep as well as various step-by-step guides, check them out.

Eating healthy foods and putting good nutrition into your body is a good way to fight stress and mental fatigue. Specifically, fishy foods like salmon and tuna which are high in Omega 3 fatty acids. These foods cut the risk of getting diseases, which bodes well for your mental health. Start your day off right with a nutritious breakfast. In my case, almost every morning I take nutritional supplements that get me through the day. Most mornings I have a smoothie which consists of a banana and fruits. Usually with oats, flaxseeds, and yogurt plus almond milk. You would be surprised how much energy is gained from doing this regularly to begin your day making you feel good. Nuts such as: peanuts, almonds, cashews, and walnuts are mood boosters. Avocados, kale and spinach, beans, as well as fruits like blueberries are vital to our health, incorporate these foods into your diet to see the benefits. Drink plenty of water as it hydrates and replenishes the body.
