Hey! So I want to share a bit of content I was able to capture while attending this event. It was so inspirational to see someone like Barack Obama speak live on current topics, trends and impact socioeconomic standing for a lot of demographics across the class spectrum.
My takeaways?
- I like the concept of conscious economics as this proves that one can indeed be mindful and successful at the same time.
- This also shows financial health is indeed linked to emotional, mental and even physiological health!!
- Self care is paramount in almost all industries. Especially as the mental health industry continues to rise in importance, impact and reach.
